Antiqui vel moderni? The First Harvard Undergraduate Medieval and Early Modern Symposium
Friday, 3 May 2019
Emerson Hall room 305
Sponsored by the Standing Committee on Medieval Studies and the Committee on Degrees in History and Literature, this day-long symposium featured contributions from Harvard College students in a wide variety of concentrations, dealing with the literature, history, art, and thought of the medieval and early modern worlds, as well as with modern appropriations and re-considerations of those worlds and their artefacts. Next year's symposium will take place on Friday, 1 May 2020 in Barker Center 110 (the Thompson Room); more information, including the call for papers, will appear here early in the spring semester!
