Kevin Madigan is an historian of medieval Christian theology and institutions, as well as of Jewish-Christian relations in the modern world; among his publications are Olivi and the Interpretation of Matthew in the High Middle Ages(University of Notre Dame Press, 2003), The Passions of Christ in High-Medieval Thought: An Essay on Christological Development (Oxford University Press, 2007), Resurrection: The Power of God for Christians and Jews (Yale University Press, 2008), and Medieval Christianity: A New History (Yale University Press, 2015).
