Looking for Law in All the Wrong Places: Medieval Legal History and the Problem of Sources. A panel discussion on what it means to study ‘medieval law’ as a secular and religious phenomenon, what counts as a 'legal document', and how apparently 'non-legal' sources can deepen our understanding of medieval legal thought and practice.
