A conversation with [David Lowery](https://www.imdb.com/name/nm1108007/), writer and director of *The Green Knight* (2021), on the making of the film and the process of adopting and adapting a medieval story for modern audiences. Moderated by Ahmed Seif (Department of English), with panelists Daniel Donoghue (Department of English), Sean Gilsdorf (Medieval Studies), Aarya Kaushik '24 (Department of English), and Nicholas Watson (Department of English). Presented by the Standing Committee on Medieval Studies, the English Department Graduate Medieval Colloquium, the Medieval Studies Interdisciplinary Graduate Workshop, and the Committee on Folklore and Mythology. Please note that due to current university Covid-19 restrictions, attendance at this event is limited to Harvard faculty, students, and on-campus affiliates.
